Pamela is the Founder and Director of Yoga2Sleep, Co-Founder of Retreat to Spirit, and is on the Yoga Therapy Clinic Faculty at the Maryland University of Integrative Health where she also received her Master of Science degree. She is a certified HeartMath coach, a contributing editor of Best Practices for Yoga with Veterans, author, and researcher and so much more.
