Insomnia can be a frustrating situation that has real ramifications for your health, but the good news is that there are yoga tools that you can use to help you get the restorative rest you need. 

Pamela Stokes Eggleston is here to share her expertise so you can get the sleep you need.  She is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), a published author, stress management consultant, wellness and resilience expert, national speaker, and sleep wellness coach.

She is the founder and director of Yoga2sleep and co-founder of Retreat to Spirit.  She is a contributing editor of Best Practices for Yoga Veterans and a contributing editor for the forthcoming Yoga and Resilience, Empowering Practices for Survivors of Sexual Trauma book. She has a master of science degree in yoga therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health and you can find her work on the apps, Insight, Timer, and Meditation Studio by Gaiam.
